Aegialis Hotel & Spa offers the guests on site and off site activities and events, in order to find out more about Amorgos, the Greek hospitslity and the traditions. At Aegialis Hotel & Spa, we organize different events and activities, to make our guests feel at home, and learn about the Cultural Heritage of Amorgos.
Greek nights with traditional music and local dances are very much appreciated 3 times a week, with presentation of local healthy dishes, all home made, and by using biological vegetables from our own garden and other locally produced goods,
Depending on the time of the year, there are many religious festivals around Amorgos, where we encourage our guests to participate and become part of the local community.
Greek cooking lessons and wine tasting are presented. There is great variety of traditional Greek dishes to try.
Walking on the numerous historical paths of Amorgos, besides the 8 officially marked ones, one has the possibility to get to know the famous Amorgian herbs, well known around the world for their medical properties.
We are very sensitive to the enviromental protection, giving seminars about recycling to our personel, and encouraging our visitors to participate in this effort.
