The  philosophy of Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant is to encourage the guests to  meet and taste the traditional Amorgian Cousine by using local  products, such as οlive oil, vegetables, meat and cheese, without rejecting all the gourmet international dishes prepared by our experienced Chef.

We prepare our food simply and naturally, offering you the best quality grains, beans and produce. No refined, chemicals preservatives, meat or dairy products are used in our kitchen. We also employ traditional methods of preparation whenever possible to enhance the healthful quality and natural flavor of our food.
Our food range includes organically grown grains, pulses, honey, spices , nuts and food products like jams and squashes from our own farm and other Organic farms of the island.


The  Restaurant offers a wide selection of wines from Greek mainland and  islands, to allow you discover the quality of Greek wines. The bread,  the cakes, the traditional sweets and the marmalades are home made.
